The OECD Transfer Pricing Guidance issued last February containing guidelines on transfer pricing with regard to financial transactions, is a turning point within the international reference landscape on this matter. The content of the report integrates the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, providing further details on the references to financial transactions as well as integrating the section relevant to the analysis of risks assumed within the functional analysis. The aim of the webinar is to provide an overview of the main points raised by the Guidance focusing on some specific transactions and leveraging on the experience of the speakers.
